Workflow Automation
Configure how incoming work is classified, given context and routed for action or review.
- My contribution
- I built the workflow platform described in this portfolio, including its visual builder and event-processing design.

The problem
What this project investigates
Incoming requests need classification, context and a routing decision. A configurable workflow makes those stages explicit and gives uncertain items a route to human review.
The build
What I built
The documented platform uses a visual workflow builder, a FastAPI API, Celery jobs and PostgreSQL. Incoming events are normalised before classification, retrieval and routing.
Technical choices
Decisions behind the build
Use a common work-item format
Normalising events lets workflow stages operate independently of individual connectors.
Include human review
The described routing distinguishes items selected for automatic action from those needing review.
Current status
What the evidence shows
The portfolio includes a builder screenshot and an architecture description. Deployment scale, connector coverage, isolation and guardrail effectiveness are not independently demonstrated in this repository.
Further work & evidence gaps
A single documented workflow with test inputs, review behaviour and failure recovery would be stronger evidence than connector counts.
